This Cancellation and Refund Policy governs all cancellations rescheduling and refund requests for services provided by Bright Loom Education. By booking a free trial or purchasing paid tutoring sessions you agree to the terms outlined below.

Scope of Policy

This policy applies to:

  • Free trial classes
  • Paid one to one tutoring sessions
  • All subjects and curricula including IB IGCSE American and CBSE

Free Trial Class Policy

  • Free trial classes are offered as a one time introductory session per student per subject
  • Trial classes are scheduled based on tutor availability
  • Missed trial sessions without prior notice may not be rescheduled
  • Bright Loom Education reserves the right to withdraw or reschedule trial classes without prior notice

Free trial classes are non chargeable and not eligible for any refund.

Cancellation of Paid Sessions

  • Cancellation requests must be made within a reasonable notice period before the scheduled class
  • Late cancellations or no shows may result in deduction of the session without refund
  • Repeated cancellations may lead to restriction or termination of services

All cancellation requests must be communicated through official contact channels.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling is allowed subject to tutor availability
  • Requests must be made in advance within a reasonable timeframe
  • Last minute rescheduling may not be accommodated

Bright Loom Education is not obligated to guarantee rescheduling in all cases.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment made by the user
  • Technical error resulting in non delivery of service from our side
  • Verified service failure directly attributable to Bright Loom Education

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Student dissatisfaction without valid service issue
  • Missed classes due to user absence
  • Failure to attend scheduled sessions
  • Partial usage of purchased sessions

Refund Process

  • All refund requests must be submitted via email to info@brightloomeducation.com
  • Requests must include full details including payment proof and reason for refund
  • Each request will be reviewed on a case by case basis

Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.

Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe
  • Actual credit time may vary depending on the payment provider bank or financial institution

We are not responsible for delays caused by third party payment processors.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

  • Users agree to contact Bright Loom Education before initiating any chargeback or dispute
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of services
  • We reserve the right to contest disputes with supporting evidence

Service Interruption

In case of service disruption due to:

  • Tutor unavailability
  • Internal technical issues

We may offer:

  • Rescheduling
  • Replacement session

No automatic refund will be issued unless explicitly approved.

Non Transferable Services

  • Purchased sessions are non transferable
  • Sessions cannot be shared assigned or transferred to another student

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time.

Updated versions will be available on this page. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of revised terms.
